Tim Gain - Man on a Mission Midlands Businessman crowned ‘Switched on Business Person of the Year’
Solihull, June 7th - Midlands businessman, Tim Gain, proved he really is a ‘Man on a Mission’ scooping two awards at the annual Switched On Business Awards which recognise the success and achievements of the Midlands most switched on people.
At a gala dinner attended by 250 of the Midlands brightest business people Mr Gain was crowned ‘Switched On Business Person of the Year’ having already secured the title ‘Man on a Mission’ earlier in the evening.
So what makes someone Switched On?

Mr Gain is the founder and Managing Director of Ortiga, established two years ago, with the mission of ‘making technology work’ providing telecommunications and integrated IT solutions for small and medium sized business in the Midlands region.
Commenting on his success, Mr Gain noted “We have a very simple objective to help our customers to grow their own businesses which we do by changing the way they communicate with their customers and helping them to get more value from their staff. The telecoms and IT market is well known for hype and many customers are confused by the choices available - all we do is keep it simple, manage our customer’s projects as we would our own, and make things work for them.
